We are looking for a self-motivated SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST, with a result-driven approach, to assume a challenging position at YOUFactors / SafeStart Europe.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, customer success, and/or business development role. He/she must have experience in both sales and implementation, possess strong problem-solving abilities, be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment, and perform well both independently and as part of a team.

This role requires fluency in German and French (one as mother tongue and the other at a bilingual level), as well as fluency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position reports jointly to the Global Manager of Customer Success and the Regional Sales Director in Europe. The goal is to achieve regional sales revenue and engagement targets by driving business development activities (50%) and supporting customer success activities (50%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solutions Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and opportunities in target markets.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities referred by BDMs or Consultants and proceed with appropriate sales procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, lead negotiations, manage service agreements, and close deals.
  • Engage clients to identify needs and demonstrate solutions via conference calls and online demos.
  • Coordinate with all sales stakeholders regarding progress and concerns.
  • Enforce workflow processes and proper sales procedures.
  • Manage and report on YOUFactors pipeline.
  • Monitor expiring contracts and support renewal success.
  • Promote YOUFactors activities within the region—webinars, forums, workshops, campaigns, etc.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Customer Success & Support:

  • Guide clients through technical implementations, ensuring configurations meet business needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding and customer success workshops virtually or face-to-face.
  • Proactively monitor customer interactions to ensure optimal usage and adoption.
  • Assist with technical issues, troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary.

Product Strategy & Process Improvement:

  • Assist in business development strategy and process improvements.
  • Support translation and proofreading of product features and documentation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Native German speaker, bilingual in French, with business-level English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in client-facing/business development roles in SaaS.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer success, technical support, SaaS implementation, or project management.
  • Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in software or technology sectors.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
