To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time IT System Administrator (m/f/d) at our location in Paderborn with the possibility of working remotely according to a hybrid working model as soon as possible.

Are you ready?

• You have successfully completed a degree in IT (e.g. computer science) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have completed your training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
• You have knowledge in the use and customization of Salesforce.
• Experience in cybersecurity is desirable.
• You are a team player and enjoy developing solutions with your analytical eye.
• You speak very good English and ideally German.

Your mission

• You will independently manage our Windows servers and clients as well as Active Directory and MS Office 365 tenants. You configure and set up our network infrastructure.
• You will be responsible for setting up, installing and administering hardware and software, telephony and mobile devices as well as managing the associated contracts and software licenses.
• You ensure the security of our system and data security through cybersecurity measures.
• You actively support the configuration and maintenance of ERP systems and our CRM system Salesforce.
• With your structured approach, you document processes and create user documentation.
• With your expertise, you will provide IT support for users as required and help with faults in the company network.
