Job Description

The Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care performs approximately 5,000 anesthetics annually. It is equipped with modern technology and ensures comprehensive patient care.

The hospital has a total of 300 beds, with about 10 beds on the intensive care unit.

Your Responsibilities

• Medical and organizational development of the department
• Care of traumatological, surgical, and conservative intensive care patients on modern, interdisciplinary intensive and IMC units
• Management of clinical and organizational workflows
• Participation in internal acute pain service at both locations

Your Profile

• Completed medical degree and German medical license
• Specialist qualification in Anesthesiology
• Additional qualification in Intensive Care Medicine with a focus on surgical areas (desirable)
• Participation in the specialist on-call service for anesthesiology and intensive care medicine
• Demonstrate engagement, collegiality, and appreciate straightforward collaboration between departments
• Ability to motivate and lead staff
