As a Station ACES Manager, you'll analyze current operations and collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve processes. This role offers an opportunity to shape Amazon's future, as even small changes can have a significant impact.

Please note: This position is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 May, 2026.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Analyze data and gather stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies in operations.
  2. Establish frameworks to optimize trade-offs between quality, speed, cost, and other factors.
  3. Share ideas for process improvements.
  4. Conduct regular reviews to ensure optimality, providing data-driven solutions for long-term improvements.
  5. Ensure year-on-year double-digit growth in shipped volume.

A day in the life

You’ll lead major projects to standardize processes and improve operations, communicating regularly with senior management and stakeholders to define requirements and update on progress, risks, and impacts. You’ll create communication plans to ensure everyone is aligned with new processes. As a Station ACES Manager, you’ll identify problems and inefficiencies, analyze data to find solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of improvements. You’ll also manage a team, overseeing their daily tasks.

Minimum qualifications

  • A degree in business, engineering, supply chain, transportation, mathematics, economics, physics, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting.
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in English (spoken and written, B2/C1).

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in analytical tool development.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
  • German language skills at B1/B2 level are desirable.
