As a Fleet Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with key fleet customers, driving sales growth, and executing our fleet sales strategy. Reporting directly to the Country Director, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored fleet solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key fleet customers, acting as a strategic advisor on vehicle selection, leasing options, and sustainable mobility solutions.
- Fleet Sales: Achieve sales targets by offering customized fleet solutions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating responses to RFQs.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, acquire new key accounts, and expand the fleet customer portfolio.
- Achieve defined sales targets and customer retention goals.
- Consistently acquire new fleet customers.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives for additional services like leasing and subscriptions.
- Optimize profitability and efficiency in fleet tenders and negotiations.
What do we expect from you?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the automotive sector, with 2+ years in a commercial B2B role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in fleet management, vehicle finance, leasing, and TCO calculations. Familiarity with electric vehicles and sustainable mobility trends is a strong plus.
- Languages: Fluent in German (excellent) and English (fluent).
- Competencies: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and pro-actively.
