Team Overview

The Software Development Data team manages data transfers, database design, ETL jobs, reports, and document management support, ensuring system operation and support.

Your Role

You will organize large-scale document management, manage service and product management, lead a team for technical implementation and maintenance, and liaise with business stakeholders to understand their needs.

You will also oversee setup of new document types, transfer rules, and handle ad hoc tasks like metadata correction. You will develop skills in database development through our in-house document distribution solution, which involves user setup, role definition, report creation, and system development.

Your responsibilities include system enhancement, project work, support, performance testing, and hardware and database management to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of document management and distribution solutions
• Managing stakeholder needs
• Handling IT service management and software lifecycle from testing to production support
• Providing 2nd level support and incident analysis in collaboration with external vendors

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, or equivalent
• 6-8 years experience in software/IT or financial industry support/development roles
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Linux and Windows OS
• Motivation for agile, cross-functional teamwork
• Effective communication in German and English
• Flexible, open, innovative, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and ServiceNOW
