Description

This Business Development Manager role is dedicated to ESG. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.

Responsibilities:

  • Research target industries and market segments to identify potential business opportunities in the DACH market.
  • Utilize various prospecting methods to uncover new leads.
  • Customize messaging to address prospects' needs.
  • Implement strategic outreach timing to maximize engagement.
  • Follow up promptly and personally to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead transition.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Analyze CRM data to improve lead generation performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration.
  • Experience in business development and lead generation, especially in targeted outreach for new customer acquisition.
  • Proven experience in the German/DACH market with understanding of industry dynamics and market entry strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in external and internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to an international environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
