Tasks
As Manager Global Sales Performance and Business Intelligence at Lufthansa Cargo you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Defining and continuously enhancing Sales Analytics tools, algorithms, and methodologies to increase efficiency in the sales process and promote data-driven decision-making. Ensuring operational improvements through close collaboration with the DevOps organization
- Developing and refining the Sales Analytics strategy, algorithms, and methodologies based on structured insights from best practices within the Lufthansa Group and other industries, emerging technologies, and strategic focus areas.
- Conducting competitive and market analyses. Applying structured, method-driven approaches to explore complex data. Presenting these complex insights in a clear, audience-oriented manner, including for Lufthansa Cargo management.

Requirements
What you bring with you:
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through relevant training and professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence and Analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., Power BI, Python); extensive hands-on experience is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Sales Performance Management and dashboarding is an advantage
- Results-oriented mindset with a cross-functional, business-focused approach
- Confident demeanor with strong persuasive and assertive capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, with proven negotiation and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English, with professional-level negotiation skills
