Your Talent
- Minimum 3-5 years of international apparel experience in a similar role within a top-tier sports company or vertical apparel brands.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
- Strong knowledge and passion for sportswear, streetwear, sports fashion, and consumer trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
- Team-oriented mindset, high flexibility, and open-mindedness.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on overall business orientation.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Initiative, energy, passion, attention to detail, confidence, and enthusiasm for daily challenges in an international setting.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Position will be limited for 12 months.
This role can be full-time or part-time.
Your Mission
- Conduct market and competitor studies on an international scale, including sales forecasts and analyses.
- Develop collection and marketing strategies for assigned apparel lines.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, and Development (PUMA Group Sourcing) to ensure collections meet market needs.
- Coordinate with Business Unit, footwear, apparel, and accessories teams to align concepts and products across segments.
- Lead the product creation process according to the Go-to-Market calendar.
- Present product lines to international partners and key accounts.
- Visit markets and trade fairs regularly.
