HR Partner (m/w/d)

The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance, and support to various business units in a truly generalist capacity.

What You'll Do

1. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
2. Execute local implementation of key people initiatives in alignment with the HR partner team
3. Coach, develop, and support management to increase their capabilities
4. Utilize company data to support managers in achieving business results
5. Provide observations to leadership to help drive efficiency and scalability
6. Advise management on change management processes
7. Support the business in cultivating a culture that maximizes employee potential
8. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
9. Upskill managers and employees on relevant HR processes and policies
10. Ensure optimal placement of talent within the organization
11. Partner with the business to drive top performance

What You'll Bring

1. Essential generalist HR experience
2. Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices
3. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels and functions
4. A proven track record of positively influencing teams
5. Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels, treating everyone equally
6. Comfort working in a developing, fluid, and constantly changing environment
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
