Business Analyst – Stuttgart – Hybrid

Our client, a leading automotive organization near Stuttgart, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes and identify optimization potential.
2. Collaborate closely with specialist departments to understand requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
3. Develop professional and technical concepts and support the implementation of IT solutions.
4. Continuously improve and adapt existing systems.
5. Scout for new functions and enable specialist areas.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience as a business analyst in software development.
• Deep knowledge of business process analysis.
• Organizational talent, teamwork ability, and strong communication skills.
• Ideally, some experience with VAIT.
• Fluent in German and English.

The working model is hybrid — 3 days a week in the office located near Stuttgart, Germany.
