What you will be doing?

The Candidate Engagement Partner will be responsible for managing every candidate from application to shortlisting, including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and sourced candidates. The role focuses on attracting top talent through innovative techniques and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Acting as a sourcing business partner, the Candidate Engagement Partner works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to facilitate an effective recruitment process. Using data-driven insights, advanced sourcing strategies, and promoting diversity and inclusion, this position plays a key role in shaping our clients' future workforce. Additionally, the Candidate Engagement Partner will help position our client as an employer of choice, enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize data-driven insights from ATS to evaluate recruitment efforts and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements.
  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all sources using innovative methods like Boolean searches.
  • Manage the candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, maintaining clear communication.
  • Assess candidate suitability through interviews, document feedback, and coordinate with Hiring Managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion, positioning the company as an employer of choice.

What we are looking for?

  • Understanding of labor market trends and industry-specific recruitment challenges.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates and leveraging social platforms.

  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
