To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) for our own organization as well as customer projects with knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure.

This is where you get involved:

• Administration of applications, networks and telecommunication systems.
• Administration, conception and further development of the Microsoft 365 hybrid environment (SharePoint Online, Exchange-Hybrid, Azure, Teams) and Azure infrastructure as well as in the context of customer projects.
• Development of IT security measures.
• Ensuring the central availability of IT systems.
• Installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of clients.
• Data backup and recovery.
• Firewall and VPN solution support.
• 1st and 2nd level support for our employees and customers.
• Carrying out problem analyses and troubleshooting.
• Experienced support of our customer concerns (MS365 introduction & support, Business Central introduction & support, consulting in the IT landscape)

What sets you apart:

• Completed studies in computer science or a related course of study or completed training as an IT specialist and several years of professional experience in system administration.
• Advanced knowledge of network technology and current security components.
• Knowledge of the administration and management of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure/Entra.
• Enjoy familiarizing yourself with new technologies and systems and integrating them effectively into the existing IT landscape.
• Knowledge of the administration of current operating systems (Windows/MacOS, iOS & Android).
• Team-oriented working style with a proactive approach.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Very good methodological skills, communication skills and service orientation round off your profile.
• Ideally knowledge of Linux.
• Ideally initial experience in Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider Program (CSP).
