IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

1. Integration of our HR solution into the cloud systems of our customers.
2. Installation and configuration of integrations with third-party systems (e.g., time tracking, access control).
3. Creating and improving documentation related to our integrations.
4. Administration of our customers' Microsoft Cloud environments.
5. Supporting our Success Manager as a technical consultant in support cases.
6. Administration of our internal Cloud IT infrastructure and laptops.

Qualifications

1. Completed professional/vocational education or training in the IT industry.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Problem-solving skills and a passion for computers.
4. Proficiency in German and English, both oral and written.
5. Experience in technical support (2nd or 3rd level) is advantageous.
