Financial Analyst Role

Responsibilities:

1. Improve and own the financial model(s) to forecast and track performance.
2. Model operational processes and cash flow.
3. Analyze business performance, cash flows, and KPIs.
4. Support the preparation of monthly business performance reports, board meetings, etc.
5. Provide analytical and data-driven insights to support business unit decision-making processes.
6. Contribute to annual planning and ad hoc scenario analyses.
7. Participate actively in company-wide projects aimed at operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial modeling and data analysis within an industrial business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; advanced data analytics and visualization skills are preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and structural thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open-minded attitude and positive outlook.
• Business-fluent in German and English.
