Your responsibilities

  • Be part of the Uniper’s Green Power portfolio team and play a pivotal role in delivering Uniper’s sustainability targets.
  • Work within a team of experts comprised of Global Origination, Sales & Power Trading and Structuring & Pricing, commercially accountable for the development, steering and management of Uniper’s Green Power portfolio.
  • Identify, develop, structure and conclude complex structured energy transactions, upstream and downstream, such as renewable PPAs and battery tolling agreements in different European countries.
  • Keep track of developments in the PPA market and promote new products in collaboration with other commodity desks, business units and commercial partners.

Your profile

  • You have an authentic interest in renewable energies and experience in the PPA market.
  • Familiarity with long-term renewable offtake agreements, counter-party credit requirements, performance assurance, default provisions, delivery provisions, etc.
  • You are a mathematical mind with a natural ability to understand complex cash flows, electricity flows, payoff formulas and settlement mechanics.
  • You are a fast learner, enjoy solving complex problems and have a flair for cooperating with people.
  • Completed studies or commercial training with a focus on industrial engineering is desired.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
