HR Specialist - Global Compensation (f/m/d)

Join our team at Plansee Group as an HR Specialist - Global Compensation (f/m/d).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate proactively in implementing the compensation module in our HCM software Workday and its interfaces to sub-systems.
  • Optimize digitized processes within the Workday compensation module, ensuring quality and clarity of pay data and presentation.
  • Conduct job evaluations, develop job descriptions, and support internal compensation guidelines and policies, including presenting key figures.
  • Participate in industry surveys, maintain benchmark data, and support locations across approximately 30 countries.
  • Improve planning tools for annual salary adjustments and assist with various compensation processes such as the annual bonus process.

Your Profile:

  • Business studies degree with relevant professional experience in compensation, or comparable skills through extensive experience.
  • Experience in statistics and process management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Workday software is advantageous.

Note: For Austria, the minimum salary according to the collective agreement IT (ST1) is €52,136 per annum on a full-time basis, with 14 salaries. Actual salary will be discussed jointly.
