About the Role :

Our client seeks a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of engineers working on innovative software solutions. This role is fully remote within Germany and offers a competitive salary package, including bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage a team of talented software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
2. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable and reliable software solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI, product management, and hardware engineering, to define and execute development roadmaps.
4. Implement best practices for software development, including agile methodologies, code quality, and DevOps processes.
5. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and technical expertise.
6. Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing engineers.
• Familiarity with automotive or AI-based solutions is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Based in Germany, with the ability to work remotely.
