Contract German Speaking Project Manager

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation or upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business process optimization, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Lead end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Warehouse, Distribution, etc., and external vendors.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must be experienced at running projects within large, complex environments and able to consider global dependencies on country-specific migrations.
