Position: Secretary-Assistant (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Secretary-Assistant at the Taufkirchen or Ulm location to start as soon as possible for the 'Information Management' department. The IT department plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflows and the digital transformation of our company. Assistants are vital for maintaining efficiency and success in our projects. As an assistant, you will be a valuable part of our global information management team and support our operations.

  1. Scheduling for the CIO and possibly the Management Board
  2. Office management (equipment, administration, appearance of rooms, support in organizing onsite meetings) – primarily onsite
  3. Point of contact for all organizational and administrative matters of the project team – primarily onsite
  4. Support for the entire IT Management Board
  5. Ordering, tracking incoming goods, and invoices
  6. Planning and administrative management of project team members' onboarding and offboarding
  7. Supporting the planning and execution of team events
  8. Visitor management

Willingness to occasionally travel is required.

  1. Completed commercial training or equivalent
  2. Initial professional experience as an assistant in an international environment is advantageous
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications
  4. Excellent organizational skills and a structured work approach
  5. Engaged, open-minded, and dynamic personality
  6. Strong communication skills and team spirit
  7. Excellent English skills
