This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful transformation of German HR service processes to VOIS. Primary accountabilities of the role are to act as the operational interface between VOIS and the VF Group. Responsible for the delivery engine for the German market, ensuring customer excellence, compliance with local regulations, and seamless knowledge transfers. Ensures to deliver excellent HR operation services by adhering to established standards and KPIs. Work closely with other HR Shared Service Centers to guarantee seamless delivery. Additionally, committed to driving continuous process improvement and automation for greater efficiency.
