HR Services Ops Lead Germany (m/w/d)

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful transformation of German HR service processes to VOIS. Primary accountabilities of the role are to act as the operational interface between VOIS and the VF Group. Responsible for the delivery engine for the German market, ensuring customer excellence, compliance with local regulations, and seamless knowledge transfers. Ensures to deliver excellent HR operation services by adhering to established standards and KPIs. Work closely with other HR Shared Service Centers to guarantee seamless delivery. Additionally, committed to driving continuous process improvement and automation for greater efficiency.

What you will do

  • Delivery of HR Services Provision - Accountable for delivery of all BAU in VOIS HR Ops Services in Germany market. These include Payroll and Business consultancy as well as the data & automation teams in VGSG Germany on the one side. And the HR Services Ops teams in VOIS Budapest on the other side, with potential to broaden the service catalogue in the future.
  • Strategic Alignment & Partnership - Collaborate with the Head of HR Service Operations to align the HR Ops Strategy and operating model based on the overall VOIS strategy. Drive Digital HR Ops Services strategy and manage relationships with local market HRDs & HRLT members.
  • Automation & Digitalization - Continuous improvement across process driving standardization locally and globally. Maximizing the benefits of automation and digitalization and simplicity of HR Services.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Ensure high-quality HR Ops Services for German OpCo, meeting set KPIs and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Synergy & Execution - Facilitate discussions based on due diligence opportunity assessments to find synergy potential. Bring teams together to calibrate execution for a seamless experience
  • Leadership - Lead VOIS teams in Germany and Budapest, overseeing projects and transformation activities, and supporting long-term strategy
  • Travel - Open to travel to VOIS Centre Budapest on a regular basis to support the team onsite with strategic guidance and strong leadership, openness to further travel if need be

What sets you apart

  • 10+ years in a HR Operational environment along with leadership role
  • Successfully completed academic degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Expertise in the design, best practices, implementation, and optimization of HR and service processes
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior role within a HR Operational environment
  • Engagement and management of the market senior stakeholders
  • International experience managing teams and the ability to work within a mutli-cultural matrix organisation
  • Understanding the Agile methodology and supporting the delivery of projects centrally and in markets
  • Implementing and ensuring quality standards, as well as driving continuous process improvement
  • Experience with various HR-IT systems and service applications
  • Experience in resource and budget planning, monitoring, and cost control

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
