Project Planning Coordinator R& D (m / f / d)

• Support and train project managers in tools and portfolio management procedures. Maintain data in the project server collaboratively with project managers and resource responsible.
• Support the implementation of new processes for managing the Engineering Project Portfolio. Maintain tools and their customizations in partnership with the IT department and external suppliers.
• Ability to develop additional tools for portfolio data management is advantageous. Conduct routine controls (data, workload, cost object allocation, etc.).
• Track project planning (main data, planning quality, deviation control) and update accordingly.
• Coordinate specific projects (Grid Code, New developments in CPS, etc.) and provide updates. Prepare project reports.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience with Project Planning and Controlling tools (MS Project, SAP), reporting tools (SQL, MS Excel, PowerBI, SAP-BI, PowerPoint), and project management, especially in international settings.
• Team player with clear, structured communication skills. At least 2 years’ experience in project planning using MS Project. Proficient in MS Office, SQL, VBA, Power BI, SAP BI. Well-organized, creative problem solver, familiar with matrix organizations. Excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and German are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Willing to travel.
