Join us as a Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/d) for SAP Rollout Projects to drive digitization at Siemens Healthineers.
Within this role, you may work remotely within Germany up to 60% of your time, in consultation with your manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute complex, global projects, especially in agile environments, based on business requirements.
- Manage internal project teams and external partners, ensuring organizational interfaces and dependencies are coordinated.
- Oversee project budgets and resources.
- Handle project communication with stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct project reporting, risk management, resource planning, and change management.
Your qualifications and experience:
- University degree in computer science or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing large projects and leading teams in international settings.
- Profound knowledge in project management areas: scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, vendors, stakeholders.
- Solid experience in agile project management and Scrum teams.
- Deep expertise in SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and SAP project leadership.
- Knowledge of Siemens Healthineers' SAP landscape and experience with global SAP rollouts is preferred.
Skills and attributes:
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- International experience, including work abroad or in global teams.
- Independent work style, interest in new technologies, and digital transformation.
- Results-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and mobile, capable of working remotely and on-site.
