Sales Manager (m/f/d) Animal Nutrition - DACH countries (South Germany/Switzerland/Austria)

Your Challenge
ADM seeks a Sales Manager to expand our animal nutrition business in the DACH region. This key role involves maintaining and growing our footprint by offering a broad range of products, including Feed Additives, ingredients, and Premix. The position is based in Germany and reports to the Vice President Sales Europe in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
- Maximize potential of our animal nutrition business in the DACH region.
- Manage technical sales, including Key Accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
- Understand our product portfolio.
- Create sales plans and budgets based on market strategies.
- Develop a 3-5 year Business Plan for the region.
- Conduct monthly reporting, sales analytics, and insights.
- Collaborate with product management, application, and development teams to create customer solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer behaviors.
- Support innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with technical support, customer service, logistics, and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's & Master's degree in Agriculture, Agro Engineering, Veterinary Science, or Business.
- Knowledge of animal nutrition and technical applications.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B food, dairy, or ingredients sectors.
- Strong organizational and autonomous working skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and resilience under pressure.
- Experience in cross-cultural, matrix organizations.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Fluent in English and German.
