Job description

Tasks

  • Acting as local point of contact for logistical matters with the public client (öAG)
  • Coordinating and managing communication between the öAG and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring and steering actions and deliveries on the part of the client
  • Identifying improvement potential within the Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) concept and actively contributing to its development
  • Maintaining the Master Parts List in accordance with PBL and updating related data in MatGrdlInfo
  • Supporting the handling of classified materials, ensuring compliance with export control regulations
  • Processing and resolving discrepancy reports and coordinating critical parts (bottleneck management)
  • Contributing to the evaluation of obsolescences and their impact on PBL-NOS (Non-Operational Stock), as well as monitoring relevant logistics KPIs

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of logistics, aerospace and project management
  • Experience in working with the public client (öAG)
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Familiar with military maintenance procedures, processes and documentation (at least basic knowledge)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1) and advanced knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
