Make a difference – as (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) Compliance Investigations

As part of our global Risk & Compliance team, you will be responsible for conduction, supervising and advising on compliance investigations and coordinating/managing related external procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment and enjoy driving change and harmonization in collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams.
Conduct or assist in internal compliance investigations and regulatory proceedings as part of a global internal Compliance investigation team.
Regional focus: Europe, Latin America, South America.
Support and further development of the compliance case management process (methods, guidelines, processes and tools).
Assumption of responsibility for investigations at the corporate level and corresponding follow-up measures until the conclusion of a case.
Support/implementation of the investigation planning process.
E-Discovery and forensic data collection and analysis support.
Review and monitor the status of cases, next steps and remedial actions within the internal case management system and ensure high quality documentation.
Observation of case patterns and other cases and preparation of corresponding presentations and analyses.
Identify risks and develop areas for improvement within the case management process and conduct benchmarking analyses with the goal of establishing standards for best practices.
Keep abreast of legal developments and trends, and initiate and conduct knowledge-sharing activities in the area of investigative methods, processes and legal requirements, such as whistleblower protection, restrictions on the preparation of reports, and on the conduct of investigations.
University degree in Law or business adminstration / management
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of internal compliance investigations either inhouse, at law-firms or forensic advisors.
Strong investigative analytical mindset, with the ability to flexibly adapt to new situations
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds
Proficient in MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
Self-driven, collaborative, and goal-oriented with a hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
