On behalf of our customers, we are looking for a People Operations Officer (m/f/d) in the Bonn area as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Tasks:

• Support in HR operations, including employee lifecycle management
• Preparation of employment contracts and maintenance of HR data
• Collaboration on HR projects, policies, and compliance topics
• Providing advice and support to employees and managers

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
• Strong English and German communication skills
