order processing specialist

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for our order processing department who will take direct responsibility for smooth, punctual and customer-oriented order processing. The following tasks are to be carried out in detail:

1. As an interface between different areas in the company organization, you will always keep a clear head.
2. Full responsibility from order entry to order checking and order processing.
3. Central point of contact for domestic and foreign customers and colleagues with regard to order status, price information, and stock availability.
4. Obtaining and comparing freight offers and the subsequent awarding of transport contracts.
5. Permanently monitoring and coordinating with all areas of the supply chain.

Requirements:

1. Completed commercial training.
2. Initial experience in order processing and in the above-mentioned area of responsibility.
3. Very good knowledge of English and fluent German; other languages are an advantage.
4. Good computer skills, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision and MS Office.
5. Technical understanding.
6. Good communication skills and confidence on the phone.
