Project Manager – Data Center – Frankfurt – Contract

• Job Title: Project Manager – Data Center Construction
• Location: Frankfurt (minimum 1 day per week onsite / remaining days remote)
• Type: Ideally Contract to Permanent (Try & Hire)
• Rate/Salary: Competitive – TBC

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead MEP / HVAC focused projects within a Microsoft Data Center in Frankfurt. This is a long-term opportunity with no fixed end date, ideal for someone looking for stability and growth.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• EU citizen or German residency holder
• Background in leading Mechanical or HVAC installation/commissioning (data center experience preferred)
• Strong project delivery skills across multiple projects
• Proficient in cost control, P&L management, variation orders, RAMS, and site/commissioning meetings
• Knowledge of German regulations is a strong plus
• Certified in PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, Agile or similar
