Starting as soon as possible, we are seeking you as First Level Support Mobilfunk Netzüberwachung (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO at the Berlin location. Here, you have the opportunity to develop your expertise in various focus areas such as Radio Access, Transport Network, Core Network, or Fixed Network.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist actively in alarm monitoring and troubleshooting
- Record and evaluate user/customer-reported faults for further troubleshooting in TK network monitoring and operations management
- Work at the interface with field service and customers of the monitored technology to ensure railway operation safety
- Ensure communication during ITK disruptions with critical impacts on railway operations
- Actively support the operational reporting/information process to customers during troubleshooting in shift work
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, communications technician, network technician, industrial electronics technician, operational technician, or similar with a focus on information technology
- Ideally, experience in maintenance and/or first-level support for ITK applications
- Knowledge of central monitoring of IT infrastructure is desirable
- Willingness to work in shifts and on-site is essential
- Ability to solve problems independently, even under stress, demonstrating initiative, customer orientation, and awareness of quality and costs
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications/information technology and proficient use of MS Office, etc.
