We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales and Application Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while providing technical support and applications expertise to our clients. This position requires a combination of sales acumen and a deep understanding of the application of our products/services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting prospective clients and building strong relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including pricing and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage customer accounts throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to ensure successful sales execution.

2 Application Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance on the proper application and usage of our products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or application-related concerns.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and application improvements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in Sales and/or application support, preferably in Clinical IVD market.

Skills:

  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Technical knowledge of PCR or microbiology and the ability to explain and apply them effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Real-time PCR and Microbiology.
  • Knowledge of microbiology, biology, molecular biology.
  • Fluency in English, German and Korean
