Aufgaben
- Implement risk management in coordination with the Project Manager and facilitate regular risk meetings within the project.
- Organize risk workshops for initial project risk identification.
- Analyze and evaluate identified risks.
- Identify early indicators for each risk.
- Develop risk migration measures with the specialist department, assign responsible persons, and set deadlines.
- Monitor the completion of measures.
- Create action plans for top risks, including strategy decisions and contingency plans if risks materialize.
- Maintain the risk database and prepare internal reports as a Risk Manager.
Profil
- University degree, preferably in engineering or economics; relevant extensive experience may substitute for formal education.
- Several years of professional experience in areas relevant to risk identification (engineering, procurement, planning, quality, contracting).
- Knowledge of risk management, especially regarding process areas, with the ability to assess contexts objectively and constructively.
- Knowledge of risk management tools is desirable.

- Strong initiative and responsibility-taking attitude.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
