Risk Manager (d/m/w) (Wismar)

Aufgaben

1. Implement risk management in coordination with the Project Manager and facilitate regular risk meetings within the project.
2. Organize risk workshops for initial project risk identification.
3. Analyze and evaluate identified risks.
4. Identify early indicators for each risk.
5. Develop risk migration measures with the specialist department, assign responsible persons, and set deadlines.
6. Monitor the completion of measures.
7. Create action plans for top risks, including strategy decisions and contingency plans if risks materialize.
8. Maintain the risk database and prepare internal reports as a Risk Manager.

Profil

• University degree, preferably in engineering or economics; relevant extensive experience may substitute for formal education.
• Several years of professional experience in areas relevant to risk identification (engineering, procurement, planning, quality, contracting).
• Knowledge of risk management, especially regarding process areas, with the ability to assess contexts objectively and constructively.
• Knowledge of risk management tools is desirable.
• Soluçãoorientiert, independent work style, and willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong initiative and responsibility-taking attitude.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
