We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible:

Position: IT Administrator (m/f/d) or IT Specialist - System Integration (m/f)
Location: North Hesse region
Type: Permanent position

Your Tasks:

• Dedicated advice and support for our new and existing customers
• Administration & support of servers and clients
• Planning, configuration & regular operation
• First and second-level user support
• Configuration of network components (routers, switches, firewalls & WLAN solutions)

Your Competencies:

• Successfully completed training (e.g. IT specialist) or comparable qualification or several years of professional experience in the field of system administration
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Network technologies (firewalls, switches, etc.)
• Cloud technologies (Office365, Azure, etc.) desirable
• Strong service orientation and absolute reliability
• Interest in new technologies and techniques

• Basic knowledge: Software testing, hardware installation, software installation, internet, intranet technology
• Advanced knowledge: Network administration, management, organization, user consulting, user support (IT), customer consulting, customer support
• Expert knowledge: System integration
