About the Position

As a Senior Venture Architect, you will be heavily involved in our venture projects, delivering high-quality innovation. You will collaborate closely with venture partners to develop new strategies and projects with a consumer-oriented approach. You will be part of a diverse team of Venture Architects and will also be engaged in individual projects. A key qualification is the ability to take on team responsibility and manage projects effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum Master's degree, MBA, or similar higher-level degree in Business Administration or related field
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or start-up development
• Strong knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of idea management, ideally in company building
• Ability to collaborate with customers
• Technical affinity
• Exceptional analytical skills (e.g., market research analysis)
• Sustainable and proactive work approach preferred

• Evaluating new business ideas
