IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) VMware

We are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on VMware for an IT consulting company in the Mannheim area. The position is a permanent contract and offers an attractive salary of €65,000 to €85,000.

Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructures
• Responsibility for troubleshooting and 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Consulting and ongoing support of customer IT systems
• Further development of existing customer infrastructures
• Support in various IT projects
• Monitoring and maintenance of customer environments

Your Profile

• Successfully completed IT degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating VDI solutions based on VMware Horizon 7.x
• Good knowledge of MS Windows Server and Linux is advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of current MS client operating systems
