For BOSS Menswear Leather, we are looking for a motivated Product Developer (m/f/d) for our Product Division Outerwear & Leather who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. What you can expect:

1. Manage the entire product development process from concept to customer delivery.
2. Negotiate sample and production prices, oversee target costing, and conduct price benchmarks.
3. Optimize workmanship techniques, product costs, and implement innovative processing methods.
4. Ensure quality, workmanship, and fit of prototypes and salesman samples, with responsibility for quality topics lying within the team.
5. Collaborate with suppliers, participate in projects, and travel globally to suppliers, trade shows, and fairs.

Your profile:

1. Degree in apparel engineering or as a technician, with ideally 3+ years of experience in product development or technical preparation in an international setting.
2. Experience with leather is a plus; strong knowledge of processing, costing, materials, and fits.
3. Expertise in 3D product development (e.g., CLO3D) and virtual fittings.
4. Excellent English skills (written and spoken), plus proficiency in MS Office, SAP/PDM, and Adobe Illustrator.
5. Confident, open personality with strong negotiation skills, resilience, and assertiveness.
