About Management Events

Management Events is the go-to platform for connecting tech companies with top decision-makers to explore potential business collaborations. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2B organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle, contributing to our growth by opening accounts in the French market, and benefiting from an attractive commission structure. Your mission:

  1. Identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Proactively engage prospective clients through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  3. Assess client needs and alignment with our value proposition to prioritize opportunities.
  4. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and tailor solutions.
  5. Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and providing value.
  6. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  7. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
  8. Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance.
  9. Continuously expand industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and client needs.

About you

  • A proven track record in B2B sales or a strong sales background in a B2C environment.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French with fluency in English.
