Key responsibilities of the role
- Dive into audience insights, behavior, and segmentation to inform omnichannel engagement plans.
- Create and contribute to digital-first strategies that move customers through the adoption funnel.
- Collaborate across teams—strategic planning, media, creative, and client services—to build cohesive journeys.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops for top-tier healthcare clients.
- Draft project briefs, map out content strategies, and help shape customer personas and journeys.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging digital and social media trends.
What do you need?
- Curious, creative, and collaborative.
- Confident in communicating ideas and distilling complex insights.
- Experienced in marketing (especially healthcare)—1+ years preferred.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiar with Miro, Stormz, and online collaboration tools.
- A strategic thinker who sees how every channel connects to the brand’s purpose.
