Freelance Opportunity : SuccessFactors LMS Specialist – Join a Long-Term Digital Learning Transformation Project

An exciting freelance opportunity has opened with a major German industrial client for a skilled SuccessFactors LMS expert . If you’re passionate about learning systems and digital transformation, this could be a great fit.

The Project :

Join an ongoing, multi-year SAP transformation programme for a global leader in manufacturing and innovation. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a skill-based learning ecosystem, collaborating closely with technical deployment teams and contributing hands-on expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Support the conceptualisation and implementation of a skill-based Learning Transformation across the organisation.
• Provide hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS , as well as experience with Learning Experience Platforms.
• Work at system integration level, focusing on architecture, data flows , and interaction between LMS, LXP, and SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) .
• Engage with technical deployment teams to ensure alignment of functional design and technology roadmap.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience working with LXP platforms , ideally Degreed , and a clear understanding of data architecture and integration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams.
• German and English language skills are preferred; flexibility possible for the right candidate.
• Start : ASAP
• Location : Primarily remote, with occasional travel to Germany for workshops.
• Contract Type : Freelance (6 months initially, extension likely)
• Client : Global enterprise (confidential) – automotive and industrial sector
