The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Content Manager to take ownership of our digital store content. In this role, you’ll ensure our online storefront consistently reflects our brand identity while providing customers with clear, engaging, and up-to-date product and campaign content. You’ll work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to keep everything aligned and optimized for a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content (text, visuals, product information) using Shopify and Sanity
  • Build and implement customer journeys for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns
  • Fix content-related bugs, correct image errors, and regularly update outdated information
  • Manage the product catalog: update listings, remove out-of-stock items, and adjust pricing in line with campaigns
  • Support with creating technical briefs, providing input to both frontend design and backend processes.
  • Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to implement engaging on-site content

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of E-commerce experience (Shopify, Sanity nice-to-have) and/or Content Marketing (with CMS experience)
  • Eye for design & brand aesthetics, with copywriting and marketing know-how
  • Strong editing and writing skills in both German and English
  • Organized and proactive with a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Basic understanding of online merchandising and customer journey flows
