Fahrzeugdisponent/-in (m/w/d)

We, Penske Sportwagen Hamburg GmbH, are an official dealer for luxury automotive brands Ferrari and Lamborghini. Located in Hamburg and employing over 50 staff, we are a 100% subsidiary of Penske Automotive Europe GmbH, Mannheim. The parent company is represented by Penske Automotive Inc., Detroit USA, listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing purchase and sales documents
• Planning & ordering new and demonstration vehicles in manufacturer systems & DMS
• Processing buying/selling of used cars
• Managing and submitting leasing and financing transactions
• Handling international transactions
• Managing vehicle documents
• Invoicing and booking all vehicles
• Preparing delivery documents
• Creating and verifying vehicle files according to audit standards

Your profile:

• Completed training as an automotive clerk (m/w/d)
• At least 1 year of professional experience after training
• Experience in vehicle disposition
• High flexibility, customer orientation, and teamwork skills
• Good English language skills
• Proficiency in Excel
