As we are expanding our team in Milan, we are looking for an Account Manager m/f/d to underpin our development path. As an Account Manager m/f/d you will serve as main point of contact and booster the established clients’ growth to build a strong customer relationship.

Your Primary Responsibilities Are To

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and execute up/cross selling actions
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the internal teams (Layout and Customer Success) to ensure a customer-oriented address
  • Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to the Business Development Manager
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as needed
  • Ensure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system
  • Follow up on our new products, industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions

Your Profile

  • Ideally educated to degree level (Bachelor) in business, communications, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in account management, customer enhancement or sales
  • Experience in the customized printing products industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer-oriented experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency to use IT systems, commercial platforms, CRM and office package
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (knowledge of the German language is a plus)
