About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to manage key accounts within dental service organizations and medical care centers across Germany. This role involves sales, consulting, and strategic positioning to expand our market presence and solidify Straumann's role as a leading provider in digital and aesthetic dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Sell, advise, and support our products, solutions, and concepts within the DSO/MVZ segment, focusing on value-added consulting.
• Organize sustainable, results-oriented team collaborations within assigned customer structures.
• Significantly increase market share and position Straumann as a total solution provider in DSO/MVZ structures.
• Identify potential and target customers.
• Initiate and conduct new sales consulting initiatives, including presentations and business events focused on value creation and sales impact.
• Participate in company presentations at trade congresses and symposia.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Qualifications

• Ideally, background in dentistry, dental technology, or related fields.
• Professional demeanor, positive presence, and excellent communication skills.
• Engaged, team-oriented, and autonomous working style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and good computer skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Interest in developing and implementing targeted sales strategies.
• High commitment and customer service orientation.
