Job Overview

As an Operations Service Manager (OSM), you will be responsible for overseeing flight handling services, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth and safe airport operations. This role requires leadership, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift scheduling and management
• Monitoring ground handling services, assisting with complex procedures, and ensuring efficient and safe operations
• Regularly reviewing compliance with aviation authority requirements
• Training, guiding, and developing team members
• Supervising workflows and implementing corrective actions
• Handling planning and administrative tasks
• Managing irregularities and documenting incidents
• Addressing incident reports related to flight handling

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Ground Operations, Ground Handling, or similar, leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of operational station procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT applications
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
• Driver's license B
• Ability to work in shifts and tolerate screen time
• Ramp and apron suitability
