Jobbeschreibung

MVST is on a mission to launch products and services for companies that have a meaningful impact on the world. MVST is unique in more ways than one. We are well known for innovative design, progressive ways of working, and cutting-edge technology — and on top of that, we’re completely independent. We also don’t take ourselves too seriously; it’s all about enjoying the journey.

About the job:

  1. Work on the perfect combination between a technical field, a business field, management, communication, and strategic thinking.
  2. Use your hands-on mentality to get things done. You work directly with the customer on the product, present changes, and perform tests throughout the process.
  3. Identify and understand the requirements of a client and incorporate this knowledge into the production process in close cooperation with our engineers.
  4. Gain a deep understanding of consumer expectations, which will help you explore new products/features for the client and translate this into the UX flow together with our designers.
  5. Set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts while considering the best interests of all stakeholders involved.
  6. Ensure the success of a product and lead our cross-functional team (designers and engineers) responsible for building it, while keeping all stakeholders updated through your exceptional project management skills.

About you:

  1. You understand terms relating to technical, business, and user experience.
  2. Preferably, you have 1-2 years of experience in product management, some experience in digital design (Adobe XD, Figma, etc.), and a basic understanding of coding.
  3. Your communication skills enable you to break down complex concepts and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  4. Time management and clear documentation are your strengths, helping you manage projects with ease.
  5. You are open to trying new approaches, breaking imaginary barriers, and aiming for innovative design. You think beyond our customers to offer the best experience.
  6. You can deliver and receive constructive feedback to foster growth within the team.
  7. Fluent English skills complete your profile.
  8. You value flexible work schedules and remote work options.
  9. Additional benefits include +2 days off during Christmas and NYE, travel budgets for Munich and Barcelona exploration, company-sponsored social events, growth opportunities (e.g., €1,500 bonus, sponsored Udemy courses), free language courses, a home office budget, sponsored gym memberships, digital vouchers for meals and transport, monthly company breakfasts and lunches, free coffee, water, snacks, and a granola bar for breakfasts.
