  • Collaborate with sales to create outbound strategies and define KPI metrics for the BDR function
  • Moderate sales conversations and uncover customer needs to turn interest into qualified opportunities
  • Track and monitor industry trends and topics relevant to your outreach
  • Work cross-culturally—having awareness of European market differences is key
  • Gain insight into mass manufacturing processes—curiosity here is a big plus
  • Have a strong career perspective with the potential to grow into a full-time Enterprise Sales role

Requirements

  • You excel at active listening and ask insightful questions—both on calls and in person
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Highly self-motivated, curious, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable with modern sales software and data tools
  • Organized and analytical, with a sharp attention to detail
  • Experience or exposure to metallic parts manufacturing (internships or projects) is a bonus

Benefits

  • Flexible working student role (15–20 hours/week), remote/hybrid options
  • Real ownership in shaping our outbound strategy and go-to-market plan
  • Mentorship and collaboration directly with senior sales leaders
  • A stepping stone toward a long-term career in Enterprise Sales
  • A dynamic, international team committed to building the factories of the future
