For our Transformation division, we are seeking candidates to start in October 2025.

What to Expect

• Process Consulting: Advising clients on process optimization, harmonization, and system implementation in ERP environments.
• Program Structure: A tailored three-month training plan prepares you for a career as a Business Process Consultant, focusing on sales, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Projects: Supporting consulting teams through all project phases, from analysis to design and implementation.
• Certification: Completing technological training and certifications in SAP modules, alongside training in work methods, project management, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related fields, or close to graduation.
• Ideally, some experience in consulting or technology sectors.
• Curiosity about cross-functional business processes and a desire to develop expertise.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• The program begins twice a year, on April 1 and October 1.
