(Junior) Product Designer

We’re hiring a (Junior) Product Designer @ himala (Hamburg)

We're building a new product: a smart, AI-powered Daily Briefing that helps users cut through digital noise and regain control of their day.

We are looking for a self-starter, curious, and proactive (Junior) Product Designer who is ready to move quickly, wear many hats, turn rough ideas into impactful solutions, and join our team in Hamburg.

Tasks

What you'll do

• Design user-friendly and elegant UX for a daily-used product
• Iterate rapidly through wireframes, prototypes, UI—whatever is needed to get the job done
• Assist with user discovery and research
• Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering teams in a feedback-rich environment

Requirements

Who you are

• At least 1 year of experience in product, UX, or UI design (internships count!)
• You are capable of getting things done, even amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities
• You are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow quickly
• You are fluent in Figma, receptive to feedback, and communicate clearly
• This role is hybrid and remote-friendly, based in Hamburg; you would work 3 days in our office
