Responsibilities:
- Handling ad-hoc requests and questions from the business and colleagues within IT.
- Contributing to IT-related projects, providing guidance, and setting requirements related to Satair and Airbus channels IT setup.
- Capturing and sharing knowledge through written Knowledge Articles related to Satair Hamburg IT.
- Ordering, distributing, and setting up specific IT equipment, ensuring Asset Management complies with Airbus processes.
- Assisting employees with submitting tickets and routing them to the appropriate resolver group.
- Supporting coordination of Joiner and Leaver IT tasks.
- Escalating tickets when necessary to relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with various Service Desks within Airbus and acting as first responders during major incidents, ensuring proper information gathering, communication, and escalations.
- Supporting Airbus users in multiple locations in Hamburg.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- More than two years of professional experience in computer science, stakeholder management, and customer service.
- Good knowledge of IT Asset Life Cycle Management.
- Proficiency with IT Service Management tools (such as ServiceNow).
- Fluent in German and English.
