Define and own the product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.

Lead RFP & tender responses — act as subject-matter expert for technical and functional questions, particularly in French procurement processes.

Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Prioritize backlog and make trade-offs between scope, quality, and time.

Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; drive continuous improvements.

Serve as a product evangelist, internally and externally, articulating product value and strategy.

Your Skills

Technical Skills

3–5 years of experience in product management and leadership in a B2B SaaS or software environment.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or similar) is desirable.

Solid understanding of modern cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, micro-services, REST APIs).

Exposure to data-visualization or AI/ML products.

Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or FinOps.

Personal Skills

Fluency in English and German, verbal and written.

Strategic thinking skills and putting these skills into motion e.g. SWOT Analysis is the most essential ability for this position.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
